Táto agama meria asi 80cm Hlava a trup 20–25cm. Ma svetlu až tmavo zelenu farbu. Za hlavou ma krčné kapsy.

Podmienky na chov:
Jedem samček a 2 samičky potrebuju riparium s rozmermi min. 150–50–60 cm. Potrebuje velku vodnú plochu, ktora by mala byt filtrovana a pravidelne vimieňana. Tieto agami su velmi divoke nirkedy sa vrhaju aj proti skluteraria. Poranenie ust sa v terariu rýchlo infikuje a niekedy aj silno hnisa. Ked je voda dobre filtrovana tak sa ranu zahoja. Dajte im niaku vetvu nad vodu aby sa tam mohli vyhrievat toto miesto zahrievajte na 40°C. V terariu by mala teplota dosahovat asi 28–32°C a vlchkost 80–90%.
Párenie:
Rozmnožovanie potporite zimnym spankom pri teplote 5°C. Agami kočinčinske pri pareni prirozdene spravanie.
Kladenie vajec:
samička kdadie 6–17 bielich vajec, ktore zahrabe do 10–25cm hlbokeho doliku v kyprej hline. pri teplote 30°C sa vajcia liahnu po 2mesiacoch. Novo narodene mladata maju asi 14cm. Mladatam dajte 10cm hlboky bazen z vodou. Dobre filtrujte. Krmte hmyzom (viz hmyz 2+)
